I obtained my associate of science (AS) and bachelor of science (BS) degree in Auto mechanical engineering and I’ve got my master of science (M.sc) degree in mechanical engineering of agricultural machinery in Chamran university of Ahvaz on January 2016. during this course I’ve focused on majoring in x-by-wire technology that refers replacing of traditional mechanical systems with electronic control system for various function in a vehicle or other machinery with the aims of more flexibility, precision, safety and other benefits. My thesis supervisor was Dr khorasani and prof sheikh davoudi. I have done it in sugarcane and by product development company.
So we have decided to design, construction and evaluation of electronic control systems instead of conventional mechanical control systems in sugarcane harvester.
in this project we used stepper motors, driver, microcontrollers, joystick and potentiometer, as well as CATIA, AVR, CodeVision AVR , C Compiler and Proteus software's to conversion mechanical maneuverability control system and mechanical engine Fuel control system in CASE IH 7000 sugarcane harvester. at the end we published the journals in agricultural mechanization and system research magazine.
I started to work professionally in the field of diesel engines since 2010, in komatsu authorized corporation in Iran I mean mehvarmachine company. I’ve worked there for 3 years. During this working I experienced disassembly and assembly of diesel engines component such as turbocharger, water pump, fuel pump and other mechanical Actuators, as well as overhaul of different type of Komatsu Construction Equipment engines. After that due to master of degree ive leaved there for 2 years. I’ve begun to work again after graduation in 2016 at mapna railway maintenance and development company (MAPNA MRM).
